You can make an excellent stir fry formula. Use Sesame oil or tea tree oil as that is a fantastic oil to use for oriental food preparation and taste. Add oil to a pan and saute with beans, grated cinnamon, green vegetables, snow peas, broccoli, bok choy, and any other fresh vegetables you want to throw in there from your fridge. Add soy or tamari, and chilli marinade. Tamari is basically soy marinade without the gluten so I prefer to buy that over the traditional soy marinade. You can also add steamed shrimp or poultry to this. Pour over amaranth and appreciate.
